Job summary

HR GO Recruitment is recruiting Production Operatives for a busy assembly line in Harlow. This temporary role offers a pathway to permanent employment after 12 weeks, with weekly pay in a clean and modern facility.

You will assemble products, operate semi-automated machinery, follow instructions, and perform quality checks. The shift runs Monday to Thursday 07:55–16:40 and Friday 07:55–15:25, with a 45 minute break. Pay starts at £12.71/hour and rises to £13.40/hour after 12 weeks.

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Harlow. This is a great opportunity to secure long-term work in a clean, modern environment, with the chance of a permanent role after 12 weeks.

The Role

You will be working at stations on a production line, assembling high-quality components in a structured and process-driven environment.

Duties include:

• Assembling products using small components and hand tools
• Operating semi-automated machinery
• Following clear, step-by-step instructions
• Carrying out quality checks throughout the process
• Maintaining accuracy and consistency at all times

This is a repetitive role, so it would suit someone who is focused, patient, and takes pride in doing a job well.
