Job description

This engineering role involves mechanically assembling components from metal and rubber parts used in the engineering industry. You will be responsible for selecting parts from the line, building, and assembling components from machined metal and rubber, utilizing hand tools and equipment according to mechanical drawings. Working on a busy flow-line with a supportive team, you will have the opportunity to move around the department to keep the work engaging. Experience in mechanical assembly and fitting is beneficial, but no formal qualifications are required.

Based in Havant (PO9), this company is a significant player in local engineering with global contracts. Situated on a 300,000 sq ft site, the busy and expanding company is seeking new mechanical assemblers to meet targets and fulfill orders.

The Details
