Vision for Education is recruiting Trainee SEND Teaching Assistants to work within specialist SEND schools across the Devizes (SN10) area. This role offers temporary, long-term and permanent opportunities with flexible start dates in September or October 2026.

• Genuine passion for working with children and young people.

• Willingness to complete training through National Teaching Assistant Programme.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils one-to-one and in small groups.
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement.
• Support pupils' social, emotional and educational development.
• Help create a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families where appropriate.
