Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND or in care settings is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Patience and a caring, understanding approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEND.
• Support pupils with their learning, development and classroom activities.
• Work closely with the class teacher and SEND team to support individual learning needs.
• Assist pupils with communication, social and emotional development.
• Promote safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all pupils.
