Job summary

Education Experts is representing an experienced SENCO for a Warwickshire-based primary school. The role is part time (three days per week), permanent, and may require travel to the school.

Ideally, you will hold the NPQ for SENCOs, but experienced candidates without the qualification will be considered with support to gain it. We are a family-run recruitment business specializing in Education, with safeguarding checks and references as part of our process.

Job description

Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking to represent an experienced SENCO for one of our Warwickshire (CV12), West Midlands based primary schools. If you are a primary experienced SENCO, who is available either immediately or from October half term 2026 and able to travel to Warwickshire we would be keen to speak with you.

This primary school-based SENCO job is offered on a part time, permanent basis three days per week. It is a non-teaching role, allowing you to solely focus on your duties as a SENCO. Ideally, you will hold the National Professional Qualification for SENCOs (NPQ for SENCOs) however experienced candidates without the SENCO Qualification will also be considered. The trust are in a position to fully support you through gaining your qualification and enhance any SEND experience you may already have.
