Job summary

Marston’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our busy pub team. You’ll lead from the front, inspire the team on every shift, and deliver memorable guest experiences while deputising for the GM when needed.

You’ll drive financial KPIs, support the GM in daily operations, and progress through our Aspire development programme toward a General Manager role. We value people-led service and community focus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a pub team or similar branded environment.
• Ability to drive and measure KPI performance.
• Strong guest service and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in achieving financial and business KPI’s.
• Inspire and motivate pub team on every shift.
• Be passionate about doing the right thing for your team and guests.
• Be accountable for the successful operation of the pub when deputising for the GM.
• Bring previous experience in a like-for-like Assistant/ Deputy Manager role in a similar environment.
