Infinis Energy Group seeks a Trainee Project Manager to join the Construction team in Stockton-on-Tees, supporting experienced Project Managers throughout planning, coordination and delivery from development through construction and handover.

You will gain practical experience across the project lifecycle, including programme and budget monitoring, reporting, stakeholder coordination, procurement and document control, with time spent on site to understand delivery in practice.

Qualifications

• GCSE Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
• Eligibility to undertake the Level 4 Associate Project Manager apprenticeship.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to build effective working relationships.

Responsabilités

• Support Project Managers in the planning, coordination and delivery of renewable energy projects.
• Assist in monitoring project programmes, milestones, budgets and project risks.
• Produce reports, presentations and project documentation to support project delivery.
• Attend project meetings, record actions and monitor progress against agreed timescales.
• Help coordinate internal teams, contractors, consultants and other external stakeholders.
• Support planning, procurement and commercial activities where appropriate.
• Maintain project documentation and document control in line with company procedures.
• Undertake site visits to build an understanding of project delivery, construction activities and operational requirements.
• Support compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards.
• Complete all apprenticeship learning activities and apply your learning within the workplace.
