Protocol Education is recruiting Sports Graduates to support students in a forward-thinking secondary school in Ashington, Northumberland. This role offers hands-on classroom experience and the chance to transfer coaching and leadership skills into education.

You'll gain experience through one-to-one and small-group support, mentoring sessions and collaboration with teachers and SEND professionals. Weekly pay and CPD opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• A degree in Sports Science, Sports Coaching, Physical Education or a related subject.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence working with groups and individuals.
• Patient, resilient and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support students on a one-to-one and small-group basis.
• Use coaching and leadership skills to engage learners.
• Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation.
• Work with teachers, pastoral teams and SEND professionals.
