Qualifications

• Experience with helping pupils and supporting education settings.
• Ability to connect with young people and remain calm under pressure.
• Willingness to translate sport experience into teaching support.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils within lessons.
• Run or assist with sporting activities.
• Work 1:1 with pupils as needed.
• Support behaviour and emotional regulation.
• Mentor pupils and encourage positive choices.
• Help pupils re-engage with education.
• Support break and lunchtime activities.
• Build relationships through shared interests.
