Job summary

Shelbourne Motors Portadown is seeking a Trainee Parts Advisor with excellent customer service skills and an organised approach. You will support internal and external customers, handle orders by phone, email, and in person, and assist with stock management.

The role requires a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a valid clean driving licence for occasional deliveries. Previous customer-facing or stores experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and organised candidate with strong customer service orientation.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• Valid clean driving licence required for occasional parts delivery.

Responsibilities

• Sell parts to internal and external customers to hit targets.
• Optimise sales opportunities and take orders via phone, email and in person.
• Perform order picking and stock checks on a daily/weekly basis.
• Arrange parts in the stock room and assist with pre-picking for workshop.
• Deliver parts to trade customers as required.
