PureGym in Birmingham is looking for an Assistant Gym Manager to lead a team of fitness professionals and deliver outstanding service. You will support the Gym Manager, recruit and develop staff, and ensure high-quality member experiences.

You will drive group exercise offerings, training, and staff development while maintaining a welcoming, efficient gym environment that aligns with PureGym’s standards. This role requires leadership, a fitness background, and a passion for wellbeing.

Formación

• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a gym setting.
• Strong focus on delivering high-quality member experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver excellent member experience in the club alongside the Gym Manager.
• Support recruitment and development of fitness staff and instructors.
• Lead a positive and motivating team environment.
• Oversee delivery of Group Exercise (GEX) offerings and training.
