Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd. is partnering with a growing Chartered financial planning firm to recruit a motivated, level 4-qualified professional ready to move into a Financial Adviser role. The role suits paraplanners, administrators, or IFA support staff seeking client-facing experience.

You will benefit from mentoring, access to established clients and a supportive team, with progression toward greater adviser responsibility and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Requires Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
• Experience in paraplanning, admin, or IFA support.
• Ambition to become a Financial Adviser.
• Strong understanding of pensions, investments and the financial planning process.
• Excellent client-facing communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support and participate in client meetings, fact-finds and financial reviews.
• Develop understanding of clients' objectives, circumstances and long-term goals.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of suitable financial planning recommendations.
• Develop knowledge across pensions, investments, retirement planning, protection and tax-efficient planning.
• Explain financial solutions and recommendations to clients clearly.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure excellent client experience.
• Work with paraplanners, Administrators and Advisers to support delivery.
• Identify opportunities for additional planning and client retention.
• Maintain FCA compliance, suitability standards and Consumer Duty.
