IDEX Consulting Ltd. is recruiting an experienced Financial Adviser to join its established practice in the United Kingdom.

The role offers an opportunity to manage a portfolio of retail clients and potentially employee benefits clients, with support from an in-house investment team and dedicated paraplanning/admin staff. You will deliver high-quality financial planning and advice, grow new business, and meet KPIs while maintaining regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Working towards Chartered status or commit to progress.
• Experienced in delivering financial advice and managing client relationships.
• Experience in both retail financial planning and employee benefits preferred.
• Commercially minded with ability to generate new business and develop relationships.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a wider support team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality financial planning and advice to retail clients.
• Support both individual financial planning and employee benefits clients.
• Manage and develop client relationships, delivering excellent service and long-term value.
• Work closely with Administrators, Client Account Managers and Paraplanners.
• Contribute to business growth through new business generation and fee income.
• Work towards achieving agreed KPIs and business objectives.
• Maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance and professional development.
