Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Lead whole-class learning when covering for the regular classroom teacher.
• Establish and maintain a calm, structured, and positive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and consistently.
• Encourage students to remain engaged, focused, and motivated.
• Support pupils with their academic progress and personal development.
• Build positive and professional relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Work alongside qualified teachers and support staff to ensure students receive effective learning and pastoral support.
• Contribute to the wider school community and participate in relevant training and development.
