Qualifications

• Works well as part of a busy kitchen team.

• Maintains fridges and storage areas, monitors temperatures.
• Cooks and plates food according to recipes and standards.
• Operates ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers safely.
• Sets up and breaks down work station, washes and disinfects kitchen area, tools, knives and equipment.
