Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Commis Chef to join our local pub team. You’ll prep, create and bring our pub menu to life, learning new prepping skills and owning a section of the kitchen to deliver meals to spec.

You’ll progress through our internal DNA pathway toward a Sous Chef role, with a friendly, supportive team and opportunities to grow within a well-known pub company that values people and careers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures.
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen.
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time.
