Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Commis Chef to join our busy pub kitchen, where you will prep, create and bring our pub menu to life. You’ll learn new prepping skills, bring meals to life for the first time, and own a section of the kitchen as you grow your career.

As a Commis Chef you’ll work with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment, developing skills you can take home and advancing along our internal DNA pathway toward Sous Chef.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP
• Know or be willing to learn about the kitchen areas and procedures
• Work within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Help to support the kitchen team with the day to day running of the kitchen
• Have a passion to deliver great, hot food to spec each and every time
