Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Commis Chef to join our pub team. You’ll prep, create and bring our menu to life, learning new skills and owning a kitchen section. We support your growth through our internal DNA pathway toward Sous Chef, with a friendly, lively atmosphere and collaborative teammates.

Expect to work in a fast-paced kitchen, deliver hot food to spec, and benefit from a range of perks including discounts and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Chef role or an experienced KP.
• Willingness to learn about kitchen areas and procedures.
• Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the kitchen team with day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Passion to deliver great, hot food to spec every time.
