This Aspiring Child Counsellor/SEN LSA role is ideal for a Psychology, Sociology and Criminology graduates. The role will give you experience working with vulnerable pupils, increasing their engagement, attainment and life chances.
These children and young people face multiple barriers in their day-to-day life, including trauma, marginalisation and disadvantage, low educational achievement and social stigma. With this Aspiring Child Counsellor/SEN LSA role based in Haywards Heath you will be an essential part of the pupils school life as with your consistency, you will provide them with invaluable help so they learn as much as they can, progress as far as they can and accomplish as much as they.
