Qualifications

• RICS approved degree with 2:1 minimum.
• Well organised, diligent and proactive approach.
• Full driving licence.
• Strong IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, AutoCAD and NBS.
• Team oriented with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver building surveying projects, commissions and services for clients.
• Maintain clear communication to ensure successful project completion.
• Represent Ridge and Partners professionally and engage with clients.
• Undertake building surveys, write specifications, obtain estimates and plan maintenance programs.
• Assist with dilapidations schedules and on-site supervision of works.
• Provide design and construction advice across varied property types.
