You will develop technical and communication skills through mentoring, practical learning and targeted qualifications, with travel across sites. A full UK driving licence is required and travel will be essential to this role.

Qualifikationen

• GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent.
• Two A-Levels at Grade D or above (or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence; travel across projects is required.

Aufgaben

• Develop understanding of how M&E building services are designed, installed and maintained through a project lifecycle.
• Review technical information, drawings and specifications with engineering and project teams.
• Research technologies and sustainability initiatives to identify efficient solutions.
• Monitor project progress and milestones, contributing to team meetings.
• Assist in reviewing quality and compliance of installations by subcontractors.
• Gain understanding of testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Planning, Design Management and Site Management teams.
• Develop knowledge of health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Build understanding of cost, programme delivery, sustainability and performance considerations.
• Develop technical and behavioural knowledge through mentoring and placements.
