Cornish Bakery in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager with leadership experience in food service to inspire colleagues, deliver outstanding customer service, and oversee daily operations in our busy bakery.

You will coach and develop the team, drive sales and KPI targets, maintain high food quality and safety standards, and help embed our High End Bakery mindset. We offer training, a strong benefits package, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in food service, hospitality, retail or another customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to motivate a team and deliver excellent customer service.
• Commercial awareness and confidence working towards sales and KPI targets.
• Strong commitment to food quality, safety and operational standards.
• Positive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
• Confidence to make decisions, take ownership and lead by example.
