Job summary

Cornish Bakery is seeking an experienced Bakery Manager to lead a busy team, deliver excellent customer service, hit sales and KPI targets, and uphold high food safety standards in a fast-paced, community-focused bakery.

Qualifications

• Experience in management or supervisory role within hospitality, food service, retail, café, bakery or restaurant.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing teams.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Experience managing sales targets, budgets and KPIs.
• Food preparation and food service experience.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, food safety and quality standards.
• Experience in staff training and coaching.
• Ability to manage stock, wastage and controllable costs.
• Experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
