GBR Recruitment are partnering with a leading agricultural and groundcare machinery business to recruit five Trainee/Junior Engineers. The role combines classroom learning with practical workshop training to complete a Level 3 land-based engineering diploma while earning as you learn.

Qualifications

• GCSEs: Maths, English Language and Science at Grade 4 (C) or above.
• Level 2 engineering qualification or A-Levels or related higher qualification.
• Interest and Aptitude: genuine interest in machinery with a desire to learn and develop engineering career.
• Employment experience in agricultural machinery or similar would be beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• The programme combines classroom learning, practical workshop training, workplace experience and qualifications.
• You will learn to service, maintain, diagnose and repair agricultural and groundcare machinery.
• You will gain hands-on tool experience in the workshop with mentors as you progress.
• Depot-based learning with block release training at specialist training centres, applying knowledge in real work.
• Specialist training in diagnostics, precision technologies, machine optimisation and advanced repair techniques.
