GBR Recruitment are partnering with a leading agricultural and groundcare machinery company to recruit five Trainee / Junior Engineers. You will complete a Level 3 Land-Based Engineering Diploma while earning and gaining practical experience.

This program is ideal for someone passionate about agricultural machinery and groundcare equipment, with hands-on depot training and dedicated mentors to support your development.

Qualifications

• GCSEs Maths, English Language and Science at Grade 4 (C) or above.
• Alternative: Level 2 engineering qualification or A-Levels or another related higher qualification.
• Interest in machinery, engineering and mechanical servicing with a desire to learn.
• Experience in agricultural/groundcare machinery beneficial but not required.

Responsabilités

• Learn to service, maintain, diagnose and repair agricultural and groundcare machinery.
• Gain hands-on workshop experience while working with qualified technicians.
• Participate in depot-based learning and block release training.
• Receive training in diagnostics, precision technologies, machine optimisation and advanced repair techniques.
