Job summary

GBR Recruitment Limited, in partnership with a leading agricultural & groundcare machinery business, is recruiting five Trainee/Junior Engineers to complete a Level 3 land-based engineering diploma while earning as you learn through practical and classroom training.

Applicants should have GCSEs (Maths, English, Science) at grade 4 or above, plus a Level 2 engineering qualification or equivalent; a genuine interest in machinery and a desire to learn will help you develop into skilled technicians.

Qualifications

• GCSEs Maths, English Language and Science at Grade 4 (C) or above.
• Level 2 engineering qualification or equivalent.
• Interest in machinery with a desire to learn and develop technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in classroom learning, practical workshop training and on-site workplace experience.
• Learn to service, diagnose and repair agricultural and groundcare machinery.
• Work with qualified technicians and progressively take on more responsibilities.
• Benefit from depot-based learning and training centre blocks to apply concepts.
• Receive mentoring while developing knowledge of company products and standards.
