Job summary

Rolls-Royce SMR is recruiting a Manufacturing Lead – ASME to act as the ASME technical specialist and guide the organisation through the certification process. You will report to the Senior Manufacturing Manager and develop capabilities for ASME‑compliant component manufacture.

The role requires significant ASME manufacturing certification experience and the ability to advise across Manufacturing, Engineering and Supply Chain. Hybrid working from Derby/Manchester/Warrington with supplier travel.

Qualifications

• Significant ASME manufacturing certification experience.
• Demonstrable experience supporting companies through ASME certification and compliance processes.
• Ability to operate as a technical specialist and advisor.

Responsibilities

• Develop the capability required to manufacture ASME‑compliant components.
• Define activities, requirements and programme to achieve certification.
• Create and implement the quality framework to meet ASME certification requirements.
• Provide specialist guidance to Manufacturing, Engineering and Supply Chain teams.
