Job summary

Compass Group UK&I in Cheltenham is seeking a Café Manager for the ASDA site to lead the café, drive daily operations, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will manage a front-of-house and catering team, control budgets and stock, and ensure high standards of hygiene and safety while promoting brand values and driving sales at the site. This on-site role offers progression opportunities within a market-leading business.

Qualifications

Café Manager – ASDA Cheltenham

£29,000 per annum | 40 hours per week

This is a hands‑on role for a strong leader who can deliver excellent customer service and smooth day‑to‑day operations in a busy retail environment.

As Café Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the café, leading your team to deliver consistent standards while driving performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
