Qualifications

• Calm, patient and reliable with good teamwork.
• Understanding of sensory needs and structured routines.
• Confident in supporting behaviour and emotional needs.
• Comfortable with personal care if required.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with autism in the classroom.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support.
• Assist with communication using visuals, PECS or other strategies.
• Support emotional regulation and behaviour.
• Help maintain clear routines and structure.
• Support personal care where required.
• Collaborate closely with teachers and the SEN team.
