Qualifications

• Essential: proven experience supporting children or young people with ASD.
• Previous experience as SEN Teaching Assistant is highly desirable.
• Patient, caring and resilient approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• SEN Teaching Assistant role within a mainstream primary school's alternative provision.
• Support ASD pupils across KS1 and KS2.
• Immediate start available; work closely with teachers and the SEN team.
• Provide tailored support to meet individual learning and behavioural needs.
