Nottingham-based asbestos consultancy is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join a busy team across the East Midlands. The role combines surveying and analytical duties with a strong earning potential and long-term stability.

You will carry out surveys, air monitoring, bulk sampling, and reporting to regulatory standards, while managing multiple sites and liaising with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• BOHS P402, P403 & P404 are essential.
• Experience in a dual Surveyor/Analyst role.
• Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys in line with HSG264.
• Undertake air monitoring, including 4-stage clearance and re-occupation certification.
• Conduct bulk sampling and ensure procedural compliance.
• Produce accurate, compliant reports in line with HSG264 and HSG248.
• Manage workload across multiple sites in the East Midlands.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Maintain high health & safety and quality standards.

A well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support a busy and growing workload across Nottingham and the wider East Midlands region.
