Job summary

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support projects across Nottingham and the East Midlands.

The role involves delivering Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys, air monitoring, four stage clearances, and reporting, with independence in diary management and compliance with HSG264/HSG248.

Requires BOHS P402/403/404 (or equivalent) and a Full UK driving licence; salary £38,000–£43,000 (DOE). Permanent, full-time.

Qualifications

• BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working in a Surveyor / Analyst or dual role.
• Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Delivering Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264 guidance
• Undertaking air monitoring, four stage clearances, leak testing, and reassurance sampling in line with HSG248
• Working across a range of domestic and commercial properties
• Producing accurate and compliant survey and analytical reports
• Managing your own diary and workload effectively
• Ensuring all work complies with current legislation and HSE guidance
