Job summary
Airborne Environmental Consultants Ltd is seeking a dedicated Asbestos Trainer in Manchester to deliver and design open and bespoke asbestos training courses, and to train internal staff. You will create engaging sessions, tailor materials to varied learning styles, assess learner needs and provide ongoing coaching to help participants thrive.
The role requires a minimum of 3 years asbestos site experience, BOHS P401-P405 and/or CoCA qualifications, and strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- 3 years asbestos site experience minimum
- BOHS qualifications P401-P405 and/or CoCA required
- Background in asbestos and/or health and safety
- Ability to communicate effectively as a trainer
- Flexible and committed to making a difference
Responsibilities
- Deliver open and bespoke asbestos training courses
- Design, develop and evaluate courses
- Deliver engaging training to diverse audiences
- Liaise with training administrator, training manager and colleagues
- Liaise with clients regarding training needs
- Collect delegate feedback and assist with certificate generation
- Build relationships with key clients and share resources with trainers
- Attend monthly training meetings
- Occasional away and weekend work as required
