Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Asbestos Analyst Trainer / Assessor in Burton upon Trent with regular nationwide travel. The role offers £36,000 - £46,000 plus a company car, full training and qualifications, career progression and strong work‑life balance.

You will deliver practical and classroom-based training, assess delegates against real world competency standards and support learners throughout their development. No teaching experience required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Asbestos Analyst.
• Strong practical asbestos industry background.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.
• Passion for developing others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and classroom-based asbestos training.
• Assess delegates against real world competency standards.
• Support learners throughout their training journey.
• Ensure training facilities meet high quality standards.
• Maintain accurate learner records and assessment documentation.
• Travel to around the country to pass on your knowledge.
• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm (occasional Saturdays).

Are you an experienced Asbestos Analyst or Surveyor looking to come off the tools and pass your knowledge on to and make a genuine difference to the next generation?

You'll deliver practical and classroom-based training, assess delegates against real world competency standards and support learners throughout their development. No previous teaching or assessing experience is required - if you have the industry knowledge and passion to develop others, all the training and qualifications will be provide that you need to progress.

This role would suit an experienced Asbestos Analyst looking to step away from site work whilst remaining within the industry and making a genuine difference to the next generation.
