Job summary

Future Select Recruitment is seeking a qualified Asbestos Surveyor for client sites in the Tamworth area. The role involves carrying out management, refurbishment and demolition surveys, collecting samples, and reporting findings.

Independent on-site work and ongoing training are offered. Candidates should hold BOHS P402 (or equivalent) and demonstrate strong technical reporting skills, literacy, numeracy, and IT proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor or Asbestos Surveyor
• Qualified with a BOHS P402 (or RSPH surveying equivalent)
• Confident articulating technical matters and reports

Responsibilities

• Attending client sites to perform management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys
• Conducting ad-hoc reinspection surveys
• Collecting ACM samples from site
• Producing detailed technical reports and schematic drawings
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and providing advice
• Representing the company professionally
• Adhering to UKAS and HSG 264 guidelines
• Travelling in line with company needs
