Job summary

Future Select is recruiting an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join a UKAS accredited consultancy covering the North East of England. You will work across domestic and commercial sites, completing management, refurbishment and demolition surveys and producing comprehensive reports.

Applicants should hold the BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent) and have strong knowledge of HSG 264 and UKAS guidelines. Willingness to travel to multiple sites and deliver high-quality technical documentation is

• Experience with UKAS accredited asbestos surveys.
• BOHS P402 or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of HSG 264 and UKAS guidelines.
• Ability to produce comprehensive technical reports.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct asbestos surveys across domestic and commercial premises.
• Safely obtain samples for analysis.
• Write detailed technical reports with risks and recommendations.
• Act as a key client contact for technical queries.
• Meet deadlines and targets.
• Wear PPE at all times.
• Represent the company positively.
