Job summary

Lucion is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor to join our Hazardous Materials team around Southampton, Hampshire. This field-based, full-time role involves carrying out all disciplines of asbestos surveying on commercial buildings, public-sector estates and client sites, delivering accurate reports with NexGen.

You’ll hold BOHS P402 or equivalent, drive across the region, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and client service. DBS check will be completed before joining.

Qualifications

• Hold BOHS P402, an RSPH equivalent qualification, or a Certificate of Competence.
• Have a good working knowledge of HSG264 (The Survey Guide).
• Hold a full UK manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all disciplines of asbestos surveying and inspection, including Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys.
• Travel across Southampton, Hampshire and surrounding areas to client sites.
• Produce high-quality reports through our NexGen system.
