Job summary

Future Select Recruitment is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst for contracts in Slough and the Southeast. You will cover air monitoring, site audits, complete asbestos surveys and 4 stage clearances, with opportunities for training and progression.

The ideal candidate will hold BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications (or RSPH equivalent), be flexible to travel, and adhere to UKAS and HSG guidelines while liaising with clients and maintaining detailed records.

Qualifications

• BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications (or RSPH equivalent)
• Strong working history as an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst
• Willing to travel to a mixed portfolio of sites
• Adhering to UKAS and HSG guidelines
• IT and literacy skills
• Comfortable liaising with clients

Responsibilities

• Perform 4 Stage Clearances
• Full air testing (personal, background, leak, smoke, reassurance)
• Carrying out site audits
• Collecting ACM samples from site
• Recording accurate data and writing reports
• Conducting thorough management, demolition and refurbishment asbestos surveys
• Offering technical knowledge to clients

This well-established asbestos consultancy is seeking an attentive Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover contracts in the Southeast of England. Ideally applicants can hit the ground running undertaking air monitoring, site audits, completing asbestos surveys and 4 stage clearances. Applicants will be P402, P403 and P404 qualified. Experience / Qualifications:
