Qualifications

• Experience as an Asbestos Surveyor with compliance knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys as per HSG264.
• Produce accurate and compliant asbestos survey reports.
• Liaise professionally with clients and team.

The Role

• Delivering Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264
• Working across commercial and mixed-use properties
• Producing accurate, compliant asbestos survey reports
• Liaising professionally with clients and internal teams
• Ensuring all work complies with current legislation and HSE guidance

Requirements

• Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
