You will produce precise digital reports, liaise with clients, and ensure compliance with current asbestos guidance while meeting deadlines.

The role demands a BOHS P402 or RSPH Level 3 qualification, 2+ years' asbestos surveying experience, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• BOHS P402 qualification or RSPH Level 3 certificate in surveying.
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant asbestos surveying experience.
• Strong knowledge of current industry guidance and compliance.
• Experience producing accurate digital survey reports and site plans.
• Good IT skills, using tablets and digital reporting systems.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Professional, detail oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Carry out management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys.
• Liaise professionally with clients, tenants and site representatives.
• Record accurate site information using tablet-based systems.
• Produce clear site plans and survey reports.
• Ensure samples and documentation are submitted on time.

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (£42,000 in London), depending on experience

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join our growing teams across England. What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys across domestic, commercial and industrial properties.
• Liaising professionally with clients, tenants and site representatives.
• Collecting and recording accurate site information using tablet-based systems.
• Producing clear, precise electronic site plans and survey reports.
• Ensuring samples, records and documentation are submitted within required deadlines.
• Completing quality assurance checks to ensure reports meet the required standards.
• Supporting and mentoring trainee surveyors where appropriate.
• Keeping up to date with current asbestos legislation, industry guidance and best practice.

What We're Looking For

• A BOHS P402 qualification or RSPH Level 3 Certificate in Surveying.
