Asbestos Surveyor SOCOTEC, Remote (Romford/Southeast region)

As our company grows, we are expanding our teams. We have a great opportunity for a dedicated Asbestos Surveyor to join our Environment & Safety Division and wear the SOCOTEC badge with pride.

We are seeking a reliable, flexible, and committed Asbestos Surveyor to join our team. It is essential that you can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to identify, monitor, and oversee asbestos-related activities, ensuring the safety of buildings around us.

The tasks you will undertake include:

• Carry out asbestos management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys on a variety of properties
• Conduct asbestos re-inspection surveys to ensure client compliance and assist in managing asbestos-containing materials

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

• Holds a BOHS P402 certification or equivalent
• Relevant experience in conducting asbestos surveys
• The ability to learn and develop new skills within a multidisciplinary company
