Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor

Our client is an established and successful asbestos management company that provides high-quality asbestos surveying and removal services across various market sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic asbestos surveyor to join their team based in London.

Key Duties of an Asbestos Surveyor:

1. Complete Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys on various property types.
2. Conduct bulk sampling when required.
3. Prepare comprehensive reports for clients.
4. Maintain knowledge of all asbestos legislations to ensure compliance with company policies and UKAS accreditation.
5. Build and sustain strong relationships with clients.
6. Possess a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification field experience.
7. Hold a full UK driving licence with a flexible approach to commuting.
8. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Have broad knowledge of HSG: 264.
10. Be proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
11. Have knowledge of TEAMS or similar software.

Suitable locations for commuting include Crawley, London, Surrey, Reading, Basingstoke, Slough, Farnborough, Tunbridge Wells, Horsham, Guildford, West Sussex, and the South East.
