Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to conduct surveys across domestic and commercial properties within Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas. You will enjoy a varied workload with no travel into London, keeping you local and efficient.

The role offers accelerated growth toward project management, with you acting as the first point of contact for end clients and representing the company on site.

Qualifications

• BOHS P402 qualification (or RSPH equivalent).
• Proven post-qualification experience as an asbestos surveyor.
• Valid UK driving licence and ability to manage daily schedule.

Responsibilities

We are partnering with a very dear and long standing client of ours, to find a driven Asbestos Surveyor looking to elevate their career. The biggest selling point of this role is that they have absolutely NO travel into London!! All of your work will be local to the North West Home Counties, ensuring that your travel time will be significantly minimised.

Not only this, they are looking for a Surveyor who is looking to elevate themselves into the role of Project Manager, as with this opportunity you will also be responsible for being the face of the company, and being a first line point of contact with the end client. This responsibility will equip you with the skills necessary to become a skilled future project manager.

The Role

This isn't a role that would see you become a cut and paste repetitive and monotonous surveyor. You will enjoy a highly varied workload, conducting surveys across a mixed portfolio of domestic and commercial buildings.

About You

• Qualifications: You must hold the BOHS P402 qualification (or RSPH equivalent).
