Job summary

Crucial Environmental Limited seeks competent asbestos removal operatives with at least 6 months of experience to join our growing team. Successful candidates must hold a current approved Operative training certificate, medical and face-fit tests; these can be organised if required.

Ideally based near Worthing, with work centred in the South East and London, flexibility is key. Salary £150–£190 per day, 8am–4pm on site, 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and a company pension.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in asbestos removal
• Current approved Operative training certificate
• Medical and face fit tests
• Full UK Driving Licence and CSCS card essential
• Weekend work and overtime may be required
• Based near Worthing with work across South East England and London

Responsibilities

• Carry out asbestos removal tasks in South East England and London
• Operate safely in accordance with site rules and PPE
• Attend sites 8am–4pm with potential for overtime
• Assist with site setup, waste handling and decontamination practices

Job description

Crucial Environmental Limited are currently looking for competent, organised and trustworthy experienced asbestos removal operatives with at 6 months experience to join our growing team.

Successful candidates must hold a current approved Operative training certificate, medical & face fits. These can be organised if required.

The candidates would ideally be based closed to Worthing, West Sussex as this is where our southern office is located.

Current Full UK Driving Licence and a Valid CSCS card essential. Ability to tow an advantage.

Work will be based around the South East of England and London although some projects may be further afield so flexibility is key. Weekend working and overtime is available.

Salary negotiable depending on experience paid between £150 – £190 a day depending on experience

Working hours are 8am until 4pm on site.

Package will include 20 days paid holiday per annum, plus Bank Holidays and a company pension.

Company uniform provided along with PPE/RPE. Progression always encouraged and investment into further training for the right applicants.
