Job summary

Kingdom People is recruiting an Asbestos Analyst in Gravesend, Kent, covering London and the South East. The role includes air monitoring, surveys, sampling and reporting with a salary of £38-42,000 per annum depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will hold BOHS P402/P403/P404 (or equivalent) and have experience in UKAS/ISO-accredited environments, with strong knowledge of UK asbestos legislation and report-writing skills.

Qualifications

• BOHS P402/P403/P404 (or equivalent) qualification required or equivalent.
• Experience in asbestos analysis and understanding of UK asbestos legislation, HSE guidance, health & safety and quality standards.
• Proficient IT skills and ability to use electronic reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Air monitoring and 4SCs carried out across London and the South East.
• Asbestos management surveys.
• Refurbishment and demolition surveys.
• Bulk sampling and analysis.
• Accurate reporting and client documentation.
