Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking an Asbestos Analyst in Maidstone, Kent to join our expanding environmental consultancy. The role involves carrying out air monitoring, four stage clearances, leak testing, and reassurance sampling across commercial, industrial, and domestic sites.

You will produce accurate technical reports and liaise with clients to keep projects on track. The ideal candidate holds BOHS P403/P404 qualifications, has UKAS consultancy experience, strong knowledge of HSG248, excellent

Qualifications

• BOHS P403 and P404 qualifications are essential.
• Experience as an Asbestos Analyst in a UKAS accredited consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of HSG248 and current asbestos legislation.
• Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out air monitoring, four stage clearances, leak testing, and reassurance sampling.
• Ensure all analytical work is carried out in line with HSG248 guidelines.
• Produce accurate technical reports following site visits.
• Work across commercial, industrial, and domestic sites.

Skills and experience required for the role of Asbestos Analyst:
