Job summary

Future Select Pty Ltd is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover contracts in the Southeast of England, based in Slough, Berkshire. The role includes air monitoring, site audits and completing asbestos surveys with 4 stage clearances.

Candidates must hold BOHS P402, P403 and P404 or RSPH equivalent and be willing to travel to diverse sites. A company vehicle, training and overtime opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications or RSPH equivalent.
• Strong working history as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
• Flexible to travel to a mixed portfolio of sites.
• Adhering to UKAS and HSG guidelines.
• IT and literacy skills.
• Comfortable liaising with clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform 4 Stage Clearances
• Full air testing, including: personal, background, leak, smoke, and reassurance
• Carrying out site audits
• Collecting ACM samples from site
• Recording accurate data and writing reports
• Conducting thorough management, demolition and refurbishment asbestos surveys
• Offering technical knowledge to clients
