Asbestos Analyst - Worcester, West Midlands

GBP33,000 - GBP37,000 includes a Full Benefits Package.

The role will mainly involve commercial work at banks, hospitals, and schools, with approximately 20% domestic sites. Travel time before paid work is an hour, but on weekends with available overtime, travel is door-to-door.

Successful Asbestos Analyst will possess:

• BOHS P403 + P404/RSPH3 certification with a minimum of 12 months field experience
• A full UK driving license is desirable but not essential
• Good working knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and HSG248 'The analyst guide' related to asbestos
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Duties:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective verbal communication
• Collaborate with internal staff to create a resourceful network
• Confidently perform all four stages of asbestos testing: clearance, background, smoke, visual, re-occupation, personal air testing, and leak reassurance
• Compile accurate asbestos reports from collected data
