Job summary

A2Dominion is seeking an ASB Resolution Specialist to lead complex anti-social behaviour casework from investigation to resolution. You will protect residents, resolve issues, and help build safer neighbourhoods across communities.

The role requires strong investigative and communication skills, experience with housing enforcement, and the ability to work with the Police and local authorities. DBS check is required and travel across the surrounding area is expected.

  • Strong knowledge of ASB legislation, housing law and regulatory best practice.
  • Experience preparing legal documentation, witness statements and court papers.
  • Confidence representing an organisation in court or with legal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of a caseload of high-level ASB cases from investigation through to resolution.
  • Prepare court documentation and attend hearings to support victims and alleged perpetrators.
  • Collaborate with Police, local authorities, and multi-agency partners to achieve outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and stakeholders and provide clear guidance.

Job description

Do you have experience managing complex anti-social behaviour cases and want to make a real difference to residents and communities?


ASB Resolution Specialist and take the lead on some of our most challenging cases, helping to protect residents, resolve complex issues and build safer neighbourhoods across our communities.


This is a highly rewarding role where you'll take full ownership of a caseload of high-level ASB cases from investigation through to resolution.You'll work closely with residents, the Police, local authorities, legal teams and other partner agencies, using a range of legal and non-legal interventions to achieve the best possible outcomes.From preparing court documentation and attending hearings to supporting victims and alleged perpetrators, you'll play a key role in delivering a fair, effective and customer-focused service.


We're looking for someone who is confident, resilient and able to make sound decisions in complex situations.You'll need strong investigative skills, excellent communication and the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.Experience in housing, local authority enforcement, community safety or policing would be highly advantageous.


A Standard DBS check is required for this role.


This role is based in Ealing and requires travel across the surrounding area.


A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

More About You


  • Substantial experience managing complex ASB casework across multiple tenures or client groups

  • Strong knowledge of ASB legislation, housing law and regulatory best practice

  • Experience preparing legal documentation, witness statements and court papers

  • Confidence representing an organisation in court or working closely with legal teams

  • Experience working with the Police, local authorities and other multi-agency partners

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage a demanding caseload, prioritise effectively and work under pressure

  • Experience using case management systems such as Dynamics or similar

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grades A*–C)

  • A degree-level qualification, equivalent professional experience, or evidence of ongoing CPD in ASB, housing or legal frameworks

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
