We’re looking for an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join our leading Anti-Social Behaviour service in the Housing team here at Southern Housing.
Reporting to the ASB Manager, you’ll deliver excellent service to residents affected by ASB. You’ll triage new ASB reports, assess situations, and create action plans to investigate, manage risks, and support those affected. You’ll manage a varied ASB caseload, investigate incidents, evaluate evidence, and take appropriate action, including legal remedies. You’ll also contribute to neighbourhood strategies to tackle ASB.
This is a fixed-term contract until April 2027. The role is a full‑time opportunity, working 35 hours per week on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will be based at our Farringdon office, Fleet House, with flexible hybrid working and an expectation of around two days per week in the office.
